Drumoyne, NSW | Residential Home Interior Design 2022 - 2023​

This heritage semi in Drummoyne was a fast-turnaround project for a young couple preparing to start their family. With heritage restrictions limiting external changes, the focus was on a complete internal transformation. The existing layout was reimagined to suit future family life, with one large bathroom reconfigured into two, ensuring functionality for the years ahead.

The home was entirely stripped back inside and rebuilt with new cabinetry, fresh floorboards, a contemporary kitchen, and bathrooms designed with both practicality and elegance in mind. The kitchen features striking cut Calacatta Viola marble benchtops, setting a luxurious tone with subtle Mediterranean influences. A soft palette of peach and burgundy adds warmth and depth, while a tactile tadelakt wraparound breakfast bar becomes the heart of the space. The result is a home that respects its heritage while delivering a fresh, modern energy—ready to grow with the family it was designed for.
